# Refund Policy

All purchases in **Zone Clash** are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled by those stores under their respective policies, not directly by us.

## 1. How to request a refund

- **Apple App Store:** request a refund at [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com/).
- **Google Play:** request a refund via [your Google Play account](https://play.google.com/store/account) or the Play Help Center.

## 2. Virtual items

Virtual items and currency are consumed within the Game, have no monetary value, and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or store policy.

If a purchase did not deliver correctly, contact [support@gravitilabs.com](mailto:support@gravitilabs.com) with your store receipt and we will help investigate.
